Refund policy
All sales made through Mamma Mia Flowers LLC are final.
As we provide a service involving fresh, perishable products, our floral arrangements are sensitive to environmental conditions such as temperature, light, and handling. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been completed.
The only exception applies in the case of a defective or damaged product upon delivery.
In such cases:
- Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery
- A clear photo of the arrangement must be provided
- Please email us at victoria.mammamia@gmail.com
Each request will be carefully reviewed, and we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Please note that flowers are natural, perishable items with a limited lifespan. Proper care is essential to maintain their quality. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow the care instructions provided with each arrangement.
We always strive to replicate the arrangements shown on our website as closely as possible. However, due to seasonal availability and the nature of fresh flowers, we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value, while preserving the overall style, color palette, and design of the arrangement.
