Mamma Mia Flowers LLC offers fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, and event floral services.

  • All arrangements are made using fresh, seasonal flowers
  • Due to availability, substitutions may occur
  • We guarantee that any substitutions will maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement

Each piece is handcrafted, and slight variations from website images may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout
  • We accept major payment methods available through our website
  • Once an order is placed, it may begin processing immediately

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery Policy

We provide local delivery within the Miami area.

  • Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 4PM
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information

If the recipient is unavailable, we may:

  • Leave the arrangement in a safe location
  • Deliver to a concierge or front desk
  • Attempt redelivery (additional fees may apply)

Once delivery is completed, responsibility for the product transfers to the recipient.

5. Pickup Orders

Customers selecting pickup must collect their order at the agreed time and location.

We are not responsible for the condition of the arrangement if pickup is delayed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been prepared
  • Same-day and custom orders are typically non-cancellable

8. Event & Custom Orders

For weddings, events, and large custom orders:

  • Additional agreements may apply
  • Deposits may be required and may be non-refundable
  • Final details must be confirmed prior to production
